Bio-Processing 

Our proprietary bioprocessing technology was indigenously developed with the primary objective of eliminating major widespread problems faced with microbiological media such as water condensation, drying/cracking of media, poor growth performance etc.

Keeping in view of the above, we designed and built a state-of-the-art bio-reactor that utilizes “super-heated water” to produce high quality, world class media that has been resourcefully engineered to eliminate all the problems mentioned above.

Our reactor uses this innovative technology to produce large volumes of media at one go with precise controls and full process traceability.

Robotic Filling Line

To continue the process chain, the robotic filling line was developed and commissioned. This unique filling line was specially designed in-house to produce media plates without any process halt or human intervention under a fully class 100 environment.

It is seamlessly integrated with the bio-reactor wherein the media is transferred in a closed circuit to the filling line without breaking the sterility chain.

Our robotic filling line can produce 50,000 – 70,000 units per day.
